Comic Art Terms – Double Page Spread
Double Page Spread appears across two pages of a comic book. When used early in the issue, the splash provides a means of establishing characters or setting as well as draw the reader’s attention. If used far later, it is commonly employed to dramatically portray the climax of a story.
